We reply on WhatsApp or email and book a short call to understand your case. For websites and stores, we send a proposal with scope, timeline and price; for software and AI, we start with an assessment, and the budget comes out of it. If an existing tool already solves your problem, we'll tell you.
How long does a project take?
A website or landing page takes one to three weeks; an online store, three to four. For software and automations the timeline comes out of the assessment, because it depends on the processes and systems involved.
How do payments work?
Websites and stores: 50% to start and 50% when you approve the site. Software and automations are paid by milestones. Hosting and domain renew yearly.
Do you work with companies outside Colombia?
Yes. We have clients in 6 countries, including the U.S., and work fully remote: video calls, regular deliveries and a direct line to the team.
Why is the assessment paid?
Because it's real work: we map your process, measure what it costs you today and hand you a written plan — what to build, with which technology and at what cost. We set the fee by the difficulty of the case, and if you move forward with us it's fully credited to the project.
Do you still offer SEO or social media management?
Not as monthly services — we focus on software, AI and web platforms. Every site we ship has solid technical foundations for search. If you currently have one of those services with us, get in touch and we'll plan the transition.
What happens to my data if we use AI?
We decide with you which data the system processes, with which provider and where. Sensitive data can stay on your own infrastructure, and we sign an NDA whenever you need one.
