No. We're vendor-agnostic: we compare commercial and open-source models and recommend whichever performs best on your data, at your volume and within your budget.
What data do you need for the review?
A representative sample of what the system will process: conversations, documents, tickets or records. We sign an NDA, and for sensitive data we work with anonymized samples or inside your own infrastructure.
What if the verdict is stop?
Then you've avoided building something that wouldn't work. You keep the document and the test results, and you know what would have to change to revisit the project.
Do we have to hire you for the build?
No. The document is written so whoever you choose can execute it. If you build it with us, the review fee is credited to the project.
