We review your processes, put a number on what they cost you today and hand you a written plan of what to automate first. It has a cost, set by the difficulty of the case, and it is fully credited if you move forward with the build.
What kinds of automation do you build?
Six specific ones: a WhatsApp sales agent, instant quoting, invoice and document extraction, invoicing synced with QuickBooks or Xero (DIAN e-invoicing with Siigo or Alegra in Colombia), an assistant that answers from your documents, and n8n workflows that connect your tools. If your case is different, we scope it during the assessment.
How is it priced?
A one-time implementation fee plus a monthly support plan. Implementation covers design, build and launch. The monthly plan covers monitoring, adjustments, hosting for the workflows and AI model usage up to the agreed volume.
What if we go over the plan volume?
Each plan has a monthly cap on messages, documents or runs, set with you based on your operation. When you get close to it, we let you know and propose the next tier before billing anything different.
What if the AI says something it shouldn't?
We give it clear rules, your business information and limits on what it can say. We define when a conversation goes to a person, and we test it against real cases from your operation before launch.
