Who we are
Swilop Developers is a software and AI studio based in Montería, Córdoba, Colombia. This policy explains what personal data we collect on swilop.com, how we use it and how you can exercise your rights. For anything related to your data, email us at contacto@swilop.com.
What we collect
Only what you give us: your name, email, WhatsApp number, the service you are interested in and the message you write in our forms — plus, if you choose to answer them, your answers about budget, timeline and project stage. With each form submission we also record the page you wrote from, the site that referred you and the campaign parameters in the link (UTM), so we know which channels work.
How we use it
To reply to you, schedule calls, prepare proposals and, if we work together, manage the business relationship and invoicing. We don't sell your data or use it for third-party advertising. We process it based on the consent you give by ticking the box on our form, as required by Colombia's data protection law (Law 1581 of 2012).
If you message us on WhatsApp, the conversation takes place on that platform, which is owned by Meta and has its own terms and privacy policy. We use those messages only to assist you.
Cookies and browser storage
This site does not use advertising cookies. For the length of your visit, we store in your browser the campaign parameters you arrived with, so we can attach them to your message if you contact us. They are deleted when you close the tab.
Who we share it with
The providers that help us run the site: web hosting, message storage and email delivery. Some of them have servers outside Colombia, for example in the United States, and receive only what they need to provide that service. We will also disclose data to an authority when the law requires it.
How long we keep it and how we protect it
We keep your data for as long as it is needed for the purposes above, or for as long as the law requires. The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to messages is limited to our team.
Your rights
You can access, update and correct your data, ask us to delete it or withdraw your consent by emailing contacto@swilop.com. Our Personal data processing policy details these rights and our response times.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with its updated date.
